Who this is
Father Son Card Connection is a family-run sports card business operated by Alan and Matt Loshe out of Fort Wayne, Indiana. These terms cover this website (fscardconnection.com) and working with us to buy, sell, consign, or grade sports cards. Using the site or reaching out to us means you agree to them.
What this site is
This website is informational. It describes what we buy and sell, how consignment and PSA grading submissions work, and how to reach us. It is not a store with a checkout: our current inventory is listed and sold through our eBay store, and any purchase there is a transaction with us as the eBay seller, governed by eBay's own User Agreement alongside these terms.
Selling, consigning, and grading with us
When you send us photos or details about a collection, ask about consignment rates, or ask us to submit cards to PSA, nothing is final until we've agreed on price or terms directly, by email or phone. Any number, rate, or offer we give you by email or over the phone is what governs that transaction, not general figures elsewhere on this site, which can change.
Consigned cards remain your property until sold. We'll agree on terms, including payout and time frame, before anything is listed. PSA grading is submitted on your behalf, but the grade PSA assigns is entirely PSA's decision — we don't control it and can't guarantee a result.
Card condition and pricing
We describe condition and give pricing information honestly and in good faith, based on visual inspection and recent comparable sales. These are our best assessment, not a guarantee, an appraisal for insurance or legal purposes, or investment advice. If you need a formal appraisal, that's a service we can discuss separately.

The text, photos, and branding on this site belong to Father Son Card Connection unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to link to it; please don't copy it for your own use without asking.
Other websites we link to
Our eBay store, Facebook, and Instagram are run by us but hosted on someone else's platform, and each has its own terms and privacy practices outside our control.
No warranty, limited liability
This site and the information on it are provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Father Son Card Connection isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site; our liability for anything related to an actual purchase, sale, consignment, or grading submission is limited to the value of that transaction.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the business changes. The date at the top will always reflect the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
